Our Church
In reading the name on the sign, remember this: the only thing that counts is that we want you to have "Victory In Jesus." For almost fifty (50) years, that has been the foundation of our existence at the Congregational Holiness Church.
This is not just a name; it is our "battle cry" and our heartfelt prayer for everyone. "Victory In Jesus" embodies who we are!
Every church has a purpose and a driving vision, and ours can be found in Luke 4:18-19. Regardless of where a person fits within those verses, we are here to assist and to introduce people to Jesus.
You are welcome to come and receive, or you can join us in our Bible Studies and Fellowship. No matter your past experiences, we want to help you move forward in the Lord through our Worship Services.

Our Mission
Victory was established on a foundational principle that embraces a three-legged approach: A Church where ALL Families can come and worship together, a Ministry that fosters fellowship and is not in competition with other churches, and a Spirit-filled environment that promotes growth through Bible studies.

Our Pastor
As of March 2021, our Pastor is August S. Francis, a native of New Orleans, LA. His journey in the Lord began in Ottawa, KS, when he was just 17 years old, one day before his 18th birthday. With over 50 years of experience preaching the Gospel, he has dedicated his life to ministry.
Catinia Francis, his wife and a native of Beaumont, TX, has been a vital part of their ministry, working alongside her husband for 33 years and actively participating in ministry for more than 35 years. Together, they foster a theme of ministry centered around 'helping people to become everything the Lord wants them to be,' which is evident in their Bible Studies and Worship Services at the Congregational Holiness Church.
Their children, Jeremy and his wife Kourtney, and Joshua are also involved in ministry at Victory In Jesus Church. Many Sundays, you may have the pleasure of meeting their grandchildren, Jeremiah, Addalia, and Amayah, who often join in the Fellowship of the church.
